Artra would serve tenants and home owners very well due to its immediate access to important amenities that are not commonly found in other condos – Childcare centre, NTUC supermarket and MRT – all integrated with the development. With its strategic location close to city fringe and CBD, the remaining few high floor units will sell out very well with the reasonable price range that it is still selling at. Definitely a project that you shouldn’t miss if you’re looking for a new home to move in very soon in 2020.
