Value for money if facilities and distance to MRT are not a concern

Like most landed properties, you may not have the public transport convenience such as within minutes walk to a MRT station. Neither would you have plenty of condo facilities. But for the price and size that you’re getting, those factors could be worth the scarifices.

Home owners – I bet you are facing immense challenges trying to find a bigger home that fits the below criteria:

  • Prime District 10, freehold
  • 4 bedrooms + study
  • Bigger than 3000 sqft
  • Quiet
  • Easy access to school
  • And below $4.5M

Either you can’t find a condo of that size, or even if you can find one, it easily exceeds $6M.
