There must be a reason why One Pearl Bank sold 160 out of 200 units launched on first launch weekend. There aren’t many condos that command the convenient access to a triple line MRT interchange, quality tenant pool, countless nearby eateries. This iconic architectural landmark also sits next to serene nature and park – right in an urban setting. The Zero Renovation concept also helps owners tremendously as you can literally move in upon receiving the keys. Such strong attributes coupled with a strong upside potential definitely commands your immediate attention.
